Boundless Love is all about nurturing your heart center. Sometimes we feel like we aren't able to give love or receive love and we need a reminder that we are all worthy of love. Every being needs love to survive and thrive. Being able to call love into our lives while also sending love to others is a good indicator of a healthy heart center. Our heart is the temple for our soul, the dwelling place of our spirit. It needs to be nourished and cared for with great compassion.
The greatest commandment for how we should live, comes from a scripture in Mark when someone asked Yeshua, what is the most important rule for how we should live our lives.
Mark 12:29-31
"The most important one," answered Yeshua, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart And with all your soul And with all your mind And with all your strength.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these
We are created to love our Creator and others fully and wholly. In Hebrew and Greek thought, the heart stood for the whole person. The heart was the center of the body's essential functions: physical, intellectual, emotional, moral and spiritual. The heart was seen as the dwelling place of the Spirit.
This grid shows the tendencies of a healthy heart center and the issues that arise physically and emotionally from enduring a heart trauma.

The Boundless Love Tea Ceremony is a way to focus on the heart and its needs for healing. It allows you to spend a moment giving yourself love so that you can radiate love to others. It's ritual in which you can pour (pun intended!!) into yourself, heal yourself and in turn heal others with love.
You begin by adding 1 tsbp. of our Boundless Love Tea to 8oz of water and allowing it to steep for 8-10 mins covered. Strain or use a tea filter. Feel free to add lemon and honey or you can also allow it to cool and add ice and agave for an iced beverage.
Once your tea is steeped and ready, take a deep cleansing breath in and release it out through your nose. Place both hands over the heart and do another cleansing breath in and release it out through your nose. Affirm out loud and in your heart center: I give and receive Boundless Love. Take a moment or several to fill the energy in your heart space with gratitude and love.
If you're able to, spend some time journaling outside. Start by jotting a few things that you're grateful for and then begin to journal in what ways you can show up for yourself and invite love into your life.
